How do I use hiku with Shipt?

When you connect hiku to the Shipt grocery delivery service the items you speak and scan with hiku will go straight into the shopping list inside the Shipt app. You can cross off items in the Shipt shopping list or place an order for delivery right from the shopping list on your phone.

How do I get started?

1) Get the hiku app.

Download the hiku mobile app from the Apple App store or the Google Play store. 

2) Create a hiku account and follow the in-app instructions.

Open the hiku app. Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and connect hiku to your home Wi-Fi. Follow the video tutorial to learn how to scan and speak with hiku.

3) Open the Shipt app and connect your hiku account

Follow the steps below in the Shipt app to finish up! Once connected, items you scan and speak with hiku will appear in the Shipt app under “Shopping list.”

 

 

Open the Shipt app and select Account from the menu.

Tap on Connected Accounts.

Tap on hiku.

Tap connect to hiku.

Login with your hiku email and password.

    I’m having issues with this. I synced per the instructions about but the items being added to Hiku are not appearing in the shipt cart.

    Thanks for contacting us. Items that you scan or speak with hiku will appear first in the 'Shopping list' in the Shipt app, accessible from the home screen.     Same here. List only appears in hiku, not shipt

    Found the list in Shipt now. I thought items would appear in the Shipt cart. Agree with scooter. Adding a screen shot of the Shipt shopping list would be a good addition to above.

    I cannot connect Hiku to Shipt app. I go to my account in the Shipt app but it does not have the option "connected accounts".

    Hi, if you do not see 'Connected accounts' in the Shipt app, that typically means you need to upgrade to the latest version of the Shipt app. Please contact support@shipt.com if you need any assistance with the Shipt app. Thank you.

    There is no Connected Accounts in the IOS app and I just downloaded the app today, 9/8/2018.
